01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jililive ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing jililive at jililive.today, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the jililive platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are using jililive on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements.

jililive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use jililive, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jililive employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jililive platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

jililive does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we discover that an account has been created by someone under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after verification. No winnings generated on a minor's account will be paid out under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on jililive. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. jililive uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. jililive will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jililive account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keep your registered contact number and email address up to date.

04 Deposits and Payments

jililive accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your jililive account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue.

jililive is a gaming platform, not a financial institution. Funds deposited on jililive are held for the purpose of gaming only. The platform does not pay interest on account balances and does not function as a savings or transfer service. Attempting to use jililive as a money transfer mechanism is a violation of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jililive are processed within 10 minutes on average. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, jililive may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection of any suspicion. Players who have not previously completed verification should expect to provide a copy of a valid national ID or passport and a recent proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals are only sent to payment methods registered in your name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• jililive reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance may be delayed but will be processed as soon as the maintenance window closes.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jililive offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

General bonus rules that apply across all jililive promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jililive reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jililive operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RNG certification for all games was completed in 2024 and documentation is available on request. Each spin, hand, or round is completely independent — previous outcomes have no influence on future results.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. RTPs represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform's server.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• jililive is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before wagering real money.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililive and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to jililive.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jililive staff or other players.

jililive uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jililive reserves the right to close the account, void all pending and historical winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

jililive reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, less any applicable fees.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy and Data

jililive collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on jililive, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of jililive after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of jililive that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.

To raise a complaint, contact the support team in the first instance. jililive aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate channels as directed by the support team.

jililive's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the dispute arises. The platform is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
